A lovely townhouse situated in Capistrano, Nerja with a large communal pool where you can see lovely views of the ocean. Located in a quieter area of Nerja, you still have all amenities needed close by, including the Supersol which is about a ten minute walk away if not less. Under a kilometre to the famous Burriana beach, this property is ideal for walkers or those who have hired a car

Location:

The Apartment is situated close to the municipal tennis courts, Burriana Beach, which is a resort in itself; it is also a 'Blue Flag' beach with many water sports and activities
It also has an excellent choice of restaurants, bars and shops to choose from
Nerja old town Centre and other beaches are a short drive away or a 15 minute walk

Living Room:

The cosy living room consists of two comfortable leather sofas, armchair, gorgeous Greek style dining furniture to seat up to six people, a featured fireplace, a modern set of tables and cabinets including a coffee table, drinks cabinet, book case and television stand. There is also a large flat screen television equipped with a DVD player and SKY television. Along these main features, there is also general ornaments dotted about to make you feel right at home!

Kitchen:

The modern, clean and fresh kitchen comprises of such facilities as an oven, electric smooth surfaced hobs and dishwasher. There are also smaller appliances such as a blender for those fresh morning smoothies and a kettle

Bedroom 1:

The first bedroom comprises of a double bed, set of drawers and a bedside table, decorated in a relaxing, comforting fashion

Bedroom 2:

The second bedroom comprises of twin beds along with a chest of drawers

Bedroom 3:

The third bedroom comprises of twin beds

Bathroom 1:

The first bathroom consists of a large tiled bath with attached shower, bidet, WC and sink

Bathroom 2:

The second bathroom is like a smaller version of the first bathroom comprising of a bath with shower attachment, sink and toilet with a cabinet

Utility Room:

There is a washing machine located in this room

Surroundings:

Entering the house, you will find a terrace with mountain views surrounded by tropical green bushes and trees, there is also a gate which is lockable.

In the back yard, you will find a number of plastic garden seating to eat alfresco or even to casually relax in, there is also two loungers. There is also clothes horses and washing lines to get your washing dry in record timing! You will also find an outdoor shower to wash the sand off yourself in a hurry

There is also a large communal pool and smaller childrens pool which has beautiful sea views

Nerja
The town of Nerja is a small, old fishing village that has kept it's old charm, with small narrow streets and many cheap restaurants in the town centre. The area has a very nice climate all year round, which makes it perfect for holidays. It also has much to offer in terms of sight-seeing the famous Nerja caves and the historic village of Frigiliana are only a short drive from Burriana. 
Burriana Beach itself is only a 15 walk from the centre of Nerja and boasts a wealth of varied bars and restaurants which all welcome children.
